What is an ESCAPE ROOM?

An ESCAPE ROOM, also sometimes called a live room adventure, adventure room, puzzle room, among other names, is a live experience where you and a group of people are taken into a room with instructions to complete a mission. Often this mission is to escape the room. To achieve victory for this mission the team must work together to solve puzzles, uncover secrets, and open locks and other secret chambers, or other tasks. It is a fun way to build cooperation skills, sharpen mental acuity, and cement bragging rights.

It is the middle of the Cold War.  The World’s fate hangs in the balance of the nuclear capable superpowers, the Soviet Union and the United States of America.  This war is fought not through military action but through diplomacy, threat, intrigue, and spy craft.  At all times, one side is trying to outdo the other and gain the upper hand.  You, as top codebreaking agents of the FBI have been called in for a top secret mission.  Our intelligence indicates that one of our double agents on American soil has been compromised.  We know that a package containing documents related to their identity has been delivered to a Soviet drop point in a local travel agency.  The catch is, we cannot raid them openly, as we do not want to create an international incident.  That is where you come in. Using your expertise, we want you to break in to the drop point where first you must determine our agent’s identity, then commandeer the correct file, before making your getaway. We can only guarantee that Soviet agents will be out of the building for a short time, so you will only have one hour to complete the mission. Good luck agents
